Re: Change in certificate program administration
In a continuing effort to offer you the best service on certificate training programs, the Mississippi Credit Union Association (MSCUA) will be turning over administration of the program to the CUNA Center for Professional Development (CUNA CPD) effective July 1, 2008.
Beginning in July, all STAR, MERIT, VAP/VLP material and exam orders should placed with CUNA CPD, rather than the Mississippi Credit Union Association. CUNA CPD will oversee all aspects of the program, including orders, billing and shipping of certificate pins (when applicable). The MSCUA believes this change will increase response and allow for multiple efficiencies within the certificate program administration.
The new procedures for placing an order is attached, along with a 2008 pricing sheet for both hard copy and online certificate program products. We hope your credit union will consider signing up for CPD Online as it is economical for the credit union and convenient for program participants.
