MCUA strives to enhance the credibility and image of credit unions by providing reliable and pro-consumer information.  In addition, we work to keep credit unions connected with resources that allow them to expand their public relations and community involvement efforts. 

 

Although credit unions actively seek to connect with their communities through public relations and community involvement, marketing is also an important component of reaching out to both members and potential members.  Large or small, all a credit union needs for a successful marketing effort is planning and creativity.
