MSCUA General Event Policies

Unless otherwise specified, the following information applies to most conferences, seminars and training sessions organized by the Mississippi Credit Union Association.  Details may vary by event.  Please contact MSCUA at hrd@mscua.com or (800) 748-8627 if you have questions concerning specific events or policies.

Special Needs

Attire
Most events are business casual.  Please bring a light sweater or jacket for your personal comfort as room temperature may vary.

 

Cancellation Policy
If notice is received at least ten business days before the event, we will refund your full registration.  A $75 cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations received later than ten business day before the event.  No-shows and day-of program cancellations will not be entitled to a refund and will be billed.  Cancellations must be received in writing to Tom McWilliams by email at hrd@mscua.com or fax (601) 981- 4564.   

 

Hotel Cancellation Policy
All accommodation cancellations are subject to the hotel's cancellation policy.  Please contact the hotel where you made reservations to inquire about their policy.

 

Hotel Tax Exemption for Federal Credit Unions
Tax exemption policies vary from hotel to hotel.  Please contact the hotel where you have made reservations to inquire about their policy, or contact MSCUA at hrd@mscua.com.  The NCUA Letter of Exemption, which hotels may require, is available from the NCUA's website:  Visit www.ncua.gov and type “Letter of Exemption” in the search box.
