March 29: Deadline to submit group room-block request form to Beau Rivage
April 15: Deadline to submit individual reservations or group name list to Beau Rivage
May 3: Conference registration deadline; Last day to cancel conference registration without penalty; Golf Tournament registration/payment deadline.
May 10: Last day to make changes to existing conference registrations (changes after 5/10 will be handled on-site); Conference registrations cancelled after this date and no-shows will not be entitled to any refund.
