MSCUA General Event Policies
Unless otherwise specified, the following information applies to most conferences, seminars and training sessions organized by the Mississippi Credit Union Association. Details may vary by event.

If any attendee has physical, medical or dietary needs requiring special attention, please contact Tom McWilliams PRIOR to the event.
Most events are business casual. Please bring a light sweater or jacket for your personal comfort as room temperature may vary.
Cancellations with notice received at least 10 business days before the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations with notice received at least 72 hours prior to the event will receive a refund minus a $75 cancellation fee. Cancellations with notice received less than 72 hours prior to the event and no-shows will not be entitled to any refund and will be billed. Cancellations must be received in writing: contact Tom McWilliams. Substitutions are always welcome.

All accommodation cancellations are subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Please contact the hotel where you made reservations to inquire about their policy.
Hotel Tax Exemption for Federal Credit Unions
Tax exemption policies vary from hotel to hotel. Please contact the hotel where you have made reservations to inquire about their policy, or contact Tom McWilliams. The NCUA Letter of Exemption, which hotels may require, is available from the NCUA's website: Visit www.ncua.gov and type “Letter of Exemption” in the search box.
