Position summary: Responsible for business development, operations of the HOPE branch, local marketing, outreach efforts, and sales in the local market.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

· Develop business opportunities

· Manage and oversee all branch operations

· Provide positive leadership for branch personnel

· Provide excellent customer service

· Perform community outreach activities

· Review all daily transactions

· Maintain adequate security over cash

· Process consumer loan requests

· Process and approve wire transfers

· Open and close branch

· Responsible for goals and objectives per corporate work plan

Required skills and abilities:

· Working knowledge of word processor, spreadsheet, other PC applications, or mainframe applications to produce non-standard, creative products.

· Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports and correspondence.

· Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers and employees of the organization.

· Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

· Ability to compute rate, ratio, percent, and interpret data.

· Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.

· Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

· Excellent customer and public relations skills

· Ability to handle monetary instruments and make transactions accurately.

Preferred education and experience:

· Bachelor’s degree, business concentration preferred

· 3+ years’ experience in banking

· Supervisory experience

· Consumer lending experience

· Strong business development experience

Marketing Director

Accounting Manager / Controller

Muna FCU has announced its search for a new Accounting Manager / Controller. This position will be charged with managing the credit union's financial management and payment systems activities; including oversight of all financial accounting, budgeting, forecasting, asset liability management, investments and product profitability. Additional responsibilities will include the oversight of all payment processing operations including ACH, ATM, checks, cards, wires, remote deposits, and shared branching. Reporting to the CEO, this position will be a key player on the organization’s leadership team in developing strategy and driving execution of key initiatives.

A minimum of 5-10 years in a financial leadership role with functionally broad, diverse experience within a credit union or community bank along with a bachelor’s degree is required.
